I was invited to a fabulous cosy lunch at the Level four restaurant at Tsogo Sun's 54 on bath in Rosebank, we were treated to a delicious 3-course feast, good wine and company!
We started off with an appetizing Lobster bisque, red pepper roll, steamed fish and shellfish with fresh herbs, the salmon in this dish with the bisque has to be the most delicious combination I have tasted in a while!
Although I wanted to go with a Tsogo Sun classic: their black Angus fillet with mash and peppercorn sauce, I opted for the Merino lamb cutlet, with a delicious polenta pie.I love good food and this dish came out tops, the lamb was cooked to perfection, you know when you're full but the food is sooooo good you continue eating? that was me lol! I had a fabulous day with team Tsogo and got treated to a fabulous box filled with nougat.
